Introduction

Welcome to BNC_Carp Documentation

Welcome, and thank you for checking out BNC_Carp – a lightweight and realistic tire wear simulation system for FiveM.

This script is designed with both immersion and performance in mind. While enhancing RP with tire degradation and dynamic handling effects, it also ensures minimal resource usage on the client side.

⚙️ Performance First

  • 0.00ms client resmon when idle

  • 0.05ms to 0.10ms while actively tracking tire wear

  • 🛠️ Optimization is ongoing — performance will improve further in future updates

  • ✌️ And let’s be honest: even now, it doesn’t punch your CPU in the face when you’re not using it

🛞 What BNC_Carp Offers:

  • True per-tire wear simulation (FL, FR, RL, RR)

  • Handling impact based on condition

  • HUD and notifications (optional)

  • Exportable API functions

  • Configurable grip levels

  • Future-ready design (pressure, type, damage...)

Made for developers who care about both realism and clean performance. Thanks for joining the ride.

  • Realistic tire wear tracking (0–100%)

  • Configurable grip levels per wear state

  • Handling modification based on average tire condition

  • Client-side optimization (no server spam)

  • Exportable functions for custom logic

  • Notification system based on condition level

  • Planned future updates: tire pressure, types, damage tracking
